I write songs for fun and perform at the occasional folk club. I keep an old guitar in my painting studio ready to give me a break from staring at a canvas. It is now as colourful as my work. My favourite guitar—a Taylor to the initiated—is kept pristine because it is my pride and joy and cost a lot more than I could afford!
